Roba Essentials is a retail and wholesale supply store located in East Legon, Accra, Ghana. We sell authentic USA-imported beauty, home, and lifestyle products to individual customers and businesses across Ghana. These terms govern your use of our website and any purchases made through it.

By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

All products sold by Roba Essentials are authentic, genuine imports sourced directly from the United States. We do not sell counterfeit or grey-market goods.

Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided in good faith. Colours may vary slightly from screen to screen. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been placed.

All prices are quoted in Ghana Cedis (GH₵) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you complete checkout.

We offer two pricing tiers:

• Retail pricing — applies to standard individual purchases.
• Wholesale pricing — applies automatically when you meet the minimum quantity for a product, as displayed on each product page. Wholesale prices are intended for business buyers purchasing for resale or commercial use.

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Your order is only confirmed and accepted once payment is successfully processed through Paystack and you receive an order confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.

For wholesale orders, we may contact you to confirm delivery arrangements before processing your order.

Payments are processed securely by Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. We accept Ghana Card payments, debit/credit cards, MTN Mobile Money, Telecel Cash, and other methods supported by Paystack. By proceeding to payment, you also agree to Paystack's terms of service.

We do not store your card or Mobile Money details on our servers at any time.

You may choose to collect your order from our physical store in East Legon, Accra. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting. Proof of payment may be required at collection.

All orders are subject to product availability. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer an alternative product of equal value, a store credit, or a full refund.

To the fullest extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Roba Essentials shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana, including the Electronic Transactions Act, 2008 (Act 772) and the Sale of Goods Act, 1962 (Act 137). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
