We deliver nationwide across Ghana and offer in-store collection from our East Legon, Accra location.
1. In-Store Collection
You are welcome to collect your order from our store in East Legon, Accra. Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will contact you to confirm when it is ready for collection. Please bring your order reference or confirmation as proof of purchase.
2. Delivery within Accra
Orders delivered within the Greater Accra region typically arrive within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Delivery fees are calculated based on your location and will be communicated to you after your order is placed.
3. Nationwide Delivery
We deliver to all regions of Ghana via reliable courier partners. Estimated delivery timeframes:
- Greater Accra: 1–2 business days
- Ashanti, Eastern, Central, Western regions: 2–4 business days
- Northern, Upper East, Upper West, Savannah, North East, Oti, Bono, Bono East, Ahafo, Volta regions: 3–5 business days
These are estimates. Delivery times may be longer during public holidays or periods of high demand.
4. Delivery Fees
Delivery fees vary by location and order size and are not calculated automatically at checkout. After placing your order, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the delivery fee before fulfilment. You may pay the delivery fee via Mobile Money or card.
For large wholesale orders, we may be able to arrange bulk delivery at a negotiated rate — contact us to discuss.
5. Wholesale & Bulk Orders
Wholesale orders require additional coordination. After placing your order, we will contact you to confirm delivery arrangements, timeframes, and any applicable bulk delivery rates. We recommend contacting us in advance for large orders to ensure stock availability and smooth fulfilment.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, we will provide you with courier tracking details via the phone number or email you provided at checkout. You can use these details to track your delivery directly with the courier.
7. Failed or Missed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful (e.g. you are not available at the address), the courier will typically leave a note and attempt re-delivery the next business day. After two failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. In this case, you will be responsible for any additional re-delivery fees.
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours. Do not discard the original packaging. We will work with our courier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive a replacement. See our Returns policy for full details.
